At our shop, every bottle is made with care, intention, and freshness in mind. We’re a small-batch operation, which means your order isn’t sitting on a shelf waiting—it’s being made just for you.


Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our syrups are crafted fresh to order right before they ship, processing times may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods.


We do this on purpose—our product shelf life and quality matter deeply to us, and making each batch fresh ensures you’re getting the best possible flavor every time. Thank you for your patience while we mix, bottle, and prepare your order with care.


If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other regional services depending on your order size and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your door.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.


Local Pickup (if offered)

If local pickup is available, you’ll receive pickup details once your order is ready.
